Oh my goodness!! Where has the time gone? I can't believe that my babies are already 6 months old!! These have been the best 6 months of my life! They are just too much fun and each day it just gets even more fun!
So many things are happening each day. They are busy growing and becoming little people!! Randy has finally learned how to roll from his tummy to his back but occasionally refuses to do so and gets frustrated because he's a little lazy! :) Lexy is my ball of energy! Where she gets the energy, I don't know. But that girl is constantly in motion!! She has now learned that she can get on her knees, even on her toes when she is on her tummy and has started creeping on the floor. She will be starting to crawl soon, I can already tell!
Well, the babies had their 6 months doctor appointment. At this appointment the got 4 shots each :( but so far have been doing well. (We were worried on what the side effects might be bacause after their 4 months shots, they cried so much and had horrible fevers). So far so good!! Doctor said they are doing really good and are looking really good. Randy is a chunk and Lexy is a little lady but the doctor said he is not worried that Lexy is as small as she is because she is gaining weight, just slowly! The doctor also said that they are ready for food! So today (3-13-11) I fed them both finger foods and apple sauce! They loved it!! (pictures to come soon)!
As for their stats Randy is 17 lbs 7 oz, 26 inches long (he's my big little man!) and Lexy is 14 lbs 9 oz, and 25 inches long (she's my little lady)! I can't believe how much they are growing!! and how fast it's going.
While waiting for the doctor I had to take some video of my little ball of energy! Lexy was having so much fun playing with the paper on the bed in the room. It was too funny!
And Randy, he just loves to bounce! he thinks he's in his Jumparoo and always jumps!!
I hope you've enjoyed the post and the videos. I will be posting again soon with some more fun stories and some more pictures!!
Thank you all!!
